A Swap-free or Islamic account is a trading account where overnight swap fees (interest) are not charged or paid on positions held overnight. It is designed primarily for clients who cannot participate in interest-based trading due to religious reasons.

Overview

1. The swap-free option may be available during the account application process, depending on your country of residence and regulatory requirements.

2. If the swap-free option is not available, you will need to contact Customer Success to request one. You must provide proof of faith. You will then be given a request form and assisted with the account opening process.

3. You cannot hold a Standard or Pro account at the same time as a Swap-free account.

4. If you already have an existing account, it must be closed before opening a Swap-free account, and all open positions must be closed before requesting account closure.

5. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Trading Notice outlining the interest-free nature of the account and its applicable conditions.

Important Note

Axi monitors Swap-free accounts to ensure they are used in good faith and for their intended purpose. If any irregularities or misuse are detected, Axi may take action, including contacting the client or reviewing the account status.
