Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Once a withdrawal request is processed and sent, it cannot be canceled. However, you can monitor the status of your withdrawal through the Axi Client Portal.

To view the status, log in to your account, navigate to the “Funds” tab, and select “Withdraw Funds.” You will see a list of your requests under “Pending Requests.” Each request will have a unique reference code (Ref#), allowing you to check its current status.

Below is an overview of the different statuses your withdrawal might go through:

Account verification pendingYour request has been received, but we need to verify the destination account. In other words, we need to confirm that you are the owner of the bank account.
Requested/Pending reviewYour request has been received, and one of our team will review the withdrawal details.
Payment being reviewedA team member has your payment under review.
Queued for processingYour request has been successfully reviewed and is now scheduled for release.
Payment sent to be processed by providerYour payment has been successfully sent via our bank or payment processor. You will receive an email with further information about the payment.
