When submitting an ID document, please ensure the following:

• The document must be in colour, and all text must be clear and readable.
• We must be able to see your full name (not abbreviation), nationality, date of birth, and identification photo.
• The document must be current (not expired).All four corners of the original document must be visible.
• Please provide copies of both the front AND back of the document.
